Project Brief
Spa Diva is Montreal’s largest and most luxurious day spa, located on the top level of Les Cours Mont-Royal. Spa Diva’s sprawling 15,000 sq. ft. offers urbanites a relaxing getaway from the daily routine with private cabins, a beautiful relaxation area and over 150 treatments including massages, luxurious facials, manicures, pedicures, and microdermabrasion to choose from.
Project Mandate
During her tenure as Operations Manager, Serena lead a team of over 60 employees. She streamlined administrative and operational procedures, spearheaded a software conversion project, improved employee relations, and notably increased customer retention and satisfaction.
