Serena Rogers

With extensive experience in project management, pre-opening, operations, team building, branding, and retail merchandising, Serena strives to create personalized and meaningful customer experiences while making every Nika project an engaging, unique, and memorable process.

Serena’s résumé reflects over a decade of operations, development and management within the spa industry in North America, the Caribbean, North Africa, and Asia with leading hospitality brands that include Hyatt Hotels and prominent independents. 

Through Nika Consulting Inc., her current involvement includes global business development for luxury organic, German-based, award-winning personal care brand Amala Beauty. Serena currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Spa Industry Association of Canada (SIAC) and Leading Spas of Canada. She is a frequent guest speaker, and contributor to a variety of global spa, hospitality and lifestyle publications including Hotel Owner UK, Spa Canada, Les Nouvelles Esthétiques & Spa. She recently completed four years of volunteering as a ‘Big Sister’ with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. The New York native runs her business out of Montreal, Canada where she resides.
