We service hotel, resort and urban day spa clients, making use of our full understanding of all aspects of the personal wellness industry. Serena
Founder

Serena Rogers founded Nika Consulting in 2010. With extensive experience in pre-opening, operations, team building, branding, and retail merchandising, Serena sets the standard for personalized and meaningful customer experiences and makes every Nika Consulting project an engaging, unique, and memorable process.

Serena’s experience includes over a decade in operations development and management within the spa industry in North America, Caribbean and Asia with leading hospitality brands including Hyatt Hotels. Through Nika Consulting Inc., her current involvement includes global business development for organic German-based award-winning personal care product lines – Amala Beauty and Primavera Life.

Serena currently sits on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee for Spa Industry Association of Canada / Leading Spas of Canada, as well as the Advisory Board of for Aesthetics and Hospitality  program at Algonquin College.

Serena is often called upon for her expertise for guest speaking, and regularly contributes to a variety of global Spa, Hospitality and Lifestyle publications including  Hotel Owner UK,  Spa Canada, Les Nouvelles Esthétiques & Spa, AskMen.com  and more. Featured articles are available in the News & Press section at www.nikaconsulting.ca. Serena also volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization as a ‘Big Sister’. The New York native runs her business out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada where she resides.

Make Up and Beauty
Mika Izekor is a professional makeup artist with fourteen years experience in the international beauty industry. She specializes in fashion and editorial makeup, advertising campaigns, fashion shows, music videos, and photo shoots for magazines such as Greek Vogue, Cartier Polo, and You. British born and trained in London, Mika’s long list of clients have included Kate Middleton, Jude Law, and Annie Lennox.  Mika has a passion for teaching, sharing and educating.

In her role as Beauty Consultant for Nika Consulting Inc., Mika oversees the development of all Beauty standards of practice, protocols and training, and ensures outstanding experiences for our clients and partners. 




Isabelle
Aesthetics and Medical Aesthetics
Isabelle Dubreuil is an accomplished aesthetics professional with over thirteen years experience in the spa industry. Her extensive career has included working as an aesthetician in one of Canada’s largest spas catering to celebrities and professional athletes, travelling throughout North America as a skin care educator, consulting medical practices on their aesthetics and medical aesthetics procedures, and managing medical aesthetics clinic. 

Isabelle is focused on personalized training; great customer experiences, and has a genuine passion for the aesthetics and spa industry.

In her role as Aesthetics and Medical Aesthetics Consultant for Nika Consulting Inc., Isabelle oversees the development of all Aesthetics and Medical Aesthetics standards of practice, protocols and training and, ensures outstanding experiences for our clients and partners.

Genevieve
Massage Therapy
Genevieve Kutterer is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Athletic Therapist with a degree in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology). She has fifteen years of clinical experience and has also been working with clients in rehabilitation settings since 1999. Genevieve participates in regular professional development activities and has a lifelong passion for learning and educating.

In her role as Massage Therapy Consultant for Nika Consulting Inc., Genevieve oversees the development of all Massage Therapy standards of practice, protocols and training and ensures outstanding experiences for our clients and partners.
